This role is pivotal in driving consistency, innovation, and future-ready solutions that align with the Client's business goals and CBRE’s world-class service standards. **What You'll Do** Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership •Serve as the senior point of contact for the Client across APAC, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders. •Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with the Client’s business objectives, sustainability goals, and workplace transformation initiatives. •Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Operational Excellence & Consistency •Ensure consistent delivery of FM services across all APAC markets, adhering to global standards while adapting to local nuances. •Lead a high-performing, culturally diverse team across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability. •Drive operational efficiency through standardization, automation, and best practice sharing across the region. Innovation & Future-Ready FM •Introduce and scale smart building technologies, predictive maintenance, and digital FM platforms to enhance service delivery and user experience. •Collaborate with CBRE’s global innovation and sustainability teams to pilot and implement cutting-edge solutions. •Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively advise the client on future risks and opportunities.
