This role serves as the primary relationship owner for health system partners and cardiology practices utilizing Mayo Clinic’s cardiac monitoring services. The RSR works collaboratively with clinical operations, program management, and strategic partners to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of remote cardiac monitoring programs. This individual supports client onboarding, workflow optimization, clinical education, and territory development to drive both clinical impact and revenue growth. The role combines strategic account management, clinical program support, and business development to ensure partner success and sustained growth of cardiac monitoring services. **Account Management and Relationship Leadership** + Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiology practices, health systems, and clinical stakeholders within the assigned territory. + Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners utilizing Mayo Clinic cardiac monitoring services. + Identify opportunities to expand monitoring utilization within existing client accounts and support territory growth initiatives. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and a high level of client satisfaction. **Program Implementation and Client Onboarding** + Support the successful implementation of new cardiac monitoring programs with client organizations. + Coordinate with clinical operations and project management teams to ensure timely onboarding and program launch. + Provide training and education to clinical staff regarding monitoring workflows, device utilization, and service capabilities. + Assist partner organizations in developing effective monitoring workflows that support patient care and operational efficiency. **Clinical and Operational Collaboration** + Work closely with clinical operations and monitoring teams to address operational needs, client feedback, and program performance. + Serve as a liaison between clients and Mayo Clinic operational teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. + Assist with monitoring program optimization through workflow improvements and operational feedback. **Territory Development and Revenue Growth** + Identify opportunities to expand Mayo Clinic cardiac monitoring services within the assigned territory. + Develop strategic account plans to increase utilization and strengthen partner relationships. + Support business development initiatives in collaboration with Mayo Clinic leadership and partner organizations. + Track territory performance and provide regular updates regarding growth opportunities and account activity.
