**About the role**
****
The Regional Service Partner will be a key member of the HR Shared Services team, supporting associates and leaders across LATAM by delivering consistent, efficient, and high-quality HR services. This role focuses on operational excellence, process accuracy, and effective use of HR systems, enabling HR partners and business leaders to concentrate on higher-value activities.
Reporting to the Shared Service Manager & Operations LATAM, this position plays an important role in maintaining standardized HR processes, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

**Key responsibilities**
****
+ Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
+ Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
+ Resolve Tier 1 cases across all channels using knowledge databases, FAQs, and standard documentation
+ Escalate cases to Tier 2 and Tier 3 when appropriate
+ Execute HR transactions in Workday as requested by People Leaders, HR partners, and associates
+ Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
+ Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of knowledge articles and HR resources
+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, efficiency, and accuracy
+ Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately
**What we’re looking for**

**Required qualifications** ****
+ 1–2 years of experience in HR, Customer Service, or Shared Services
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Fluency in Spanish and English
+ Proficiency with MS Office

**Nice to have**
****
+ Experience working with HRIS, preferably Workday
+ Experience using Case Management or CRM tools
+ Ability to communicate in Portuguese
