As a Regional Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for the Regional Service Delivery organization within the region: Applications Engineering, Technical Support, Reliability and Remote Operations Services (ROS/ROMS) Accountable for product line operational performance within the region: NPT, % Good Runs, MTBF, etc Planning and Execution of the remote operations strategy to drive operational productivity  Local customer’s engagement and alignment regarding service delivery and performance goals within operations. Preparation and participation of regular business performance reviews meeting with key accounts  Participate in high impact incident response with local customers and implementation of Critical Response Teams. Conduct readiness assessment reviews of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary  Accountable for targeted Operational Key performance indicators (KPIs) Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activity. Action any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvement  Implementation and monitoring of the BHGE Service Delivery Process – Managing the Job Cycle-  Ensure transactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycle process and content  Ensure trained and competent personnel perform each activity (CMP program) Manage and provide oversight to hiring, talent pipeline, career development, annual appraisals and ensure proper succession planning. Participate actively in quality & operations improvement efforts. Identify any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with global standards  Field incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent and relevant industry experience within product line  At least 10 years of experience in operational management and/or service delivery within the Regions for the designated product line  Have customer facing experience.Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy to interface with various internal and external customers  Enthusiastic, positive attitude and team player  Creative and original thinking  Excellent problem solving skills  Computer literate  Analytical  Dynamic Proficiency in English and SpanishExpected travel frequency 35% - 40%Proficiency in Portuguese
