This role is responsible to expand the Production Solutions market footprint in the region.
As a Regional Segment Sales Leader - Production Solutions, you will be responsible for:
· Leading sales strategy, pricing and all other pursuit activities as the sales team's primary interface with regards to Production Solutions
· Acquiring an understanding of customers strategic needs, goals and objectives to consistently translate it into effective advice toward customer solutions
· Handling technical requirements to satisfy customer's scope of work and overview of all terms and conditions for the respective tender
· Having the required experience and understanding of the Artificial Lift and Oilfield & Industrial chemical business landscape
· Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
· Being responsible for the P&L of the project securing the revenue, upselling and the cost Out.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
· Have 10+ years of experience in Chemical Sales within Oil & Gas industry
· Have 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
· Show ability to understand key value elements of a deal and how they relate to the P&L and business goals
· Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrate the ability to lead programs / projects.
· Have a demonstrable understanding of sales process, ability to build trusted relationships and close business.
