Job Purpose: Accountable to manage, develop and expand the Global Forwarding Oil & Energy business in Asia-Pacific. Providing direction and leadership to the country teams, ensuring profitable growth, market leadership and the establishment of industry leading service standards and optimum utilisation of business assets/human resources in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment.

Lead in performance improvement engagements and strategic customer interfaces with top revenue customers Liaise at the appropriate level to ensure customer retention, development and growth of new business Act as “focal point” for escalated issues and support to solve with operations Drive issue prevention & resolution for key and strategic customers Design and support to implement operational solutions for customers Drive QBR/CBR process with top customers Accountable for sector growth in Region Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships Set strategy for the sector in the region and define customer profileAll Customers:

8-10 years experience in Commercial and Management Roles of large and complex service related businesses, preferably in the Logistics Industry and/or with MNC’s in an administrative and support role Experience in the Oil & Energy Logistics sector/Experience as account manager /Tradelane development managerGeographical Experience
Work experience in the Asia Pacific region would be a distinct advantageEducation / Qualification / Certification Requirements
Degree in Business (or equivalent)
