The ideal candidate will support stores in the area and grow and cultivate various commercial clients in the region. Ideal applicants will possess knowledge with commercial tire application’s and have a solid sales acumen.

Completing necessary follow up with customers, and continually updating customer requirements, purchases and buying levelsVerify if requested products are availableProvide alternative products if requested products are not available in an acceptable time frameAccept sales requests during sales callsAccept sales request via telephone, fax, mail, etc.Process all pertinent information into the computer systemMaintain profitable growth as outlined from the Operations and Corporate Sales teamsEnsure customers are satisfied with the final sale, explain receipts, and obtain signaturesEnsure every client/customer requests are processed in a timely manner to maintain the client baseEnsure the best service is provided to our clients/customersProvide after service follow-up with all customersHandle client/customer complaintsPerform fleet inspections as requiredWork with the inside sales team as required…answer phones, deliver customers, product etc.Complete a call plannerResearch, initiate, and implement strategiesTravel will be required within your territoryProvide comprehensive call reports
Establish a monthly solicitation schedule with Customers, store owners and suppliers. (ex. Goodyear)
Provide targeted sales plans for your territory
What does it take to get on track?
Experience in the automotive or tire industry is an assetExcellent driving recordValid Drivers License, with a satisfactory Drivers AbstractOffer self-motivation, self-initiative and the ability to perform under pressureMust participate in continuing education to upgrade knowledge in order to carry out responsibilities/dutiesAbility to lift 50 kilogramsBeing customer focusedAvailable to work flexible hoursAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work—competitive compensation, a manager with a large support network, and the chance to learn and grow.
