We’re hiring for our partner, a manufacturer of industrial solutions used across sectors like energy, environmental, food, chemical, and oil & gas.

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Quebec and the Maritimes. This role blends business development, hands-on customer support, and strategic sales management.

Key responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and end users Conduct in-person, virtual, and trade show product presentations Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all sectors Provide after-sales support (start-ups, troubleshooting, training) Negotiate deals and close sales Log activities and insights in the CRM and submit regular sales reports Work closely with internal teams to align with KPIs and growth goals

Skills and qualifications :

3–5 years’ experience in sales of pumps or related systems Technical or mechanical education preferred Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills Team player with strong integrity and self-drive Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Apply
