We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Recruiter with previous experience recruiting Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer professionals at all levels to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the competitive nature of this market and knows how to build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch.

As a Regional Sales Recruiter, you will:

Recruit Sales candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etcExecute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are metPartner with hiring managers to attract, source and evaluate candidates in Asia Pacific countries to recruit the very best talents for FortinetArchitect and execute creative recruiting strategies and manage full recruitment cycle with both candidates and hiring managersProvide strategic insights to key stakeholders on talent market insights, competitors landscape and HR recruiting processesDeliver consistently positive candidate experiencePromote employer branding activitiesArticulate Fortinet benefits and total rewardsCollaborate with HR business partners on salary proposals and offers

 

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

7 - 10 years Sales recruiting experience with proven in-house recruitment experience (preferably in Security and/or technology companies). Those without in-house recruiting experience but with at least 12 years of external agency experience are welcome to applyStrong internet and social networking research capabilitiesExcellent customer service skills, with keen attention to detailsIndependent with an acute sense of urgencyExcellent business partnering skills and ability to engage and build relationships Ability to work in a fast paced environmentSolid communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in English is preferred
