Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Southeastern U.S.

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to lead our sales efforts across Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for inspiring, leading, and managing sales activities in these six states, ensuring our products and services are effectively sold and supported. ...


This role plays a critical leadership function by building and managing a network of manufacturing representatives (Territory Managers or TMs), who act as an extension of the sales team. The RSM ensures the right partners are in place, cultivates strong relationships, drives wallet share growth, and provides work direction to TMs to execute strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales performance across the designated region.
Achieve quarterly sales goals and drive sustainable growth.
Leverage deep product knowledge and insights from the broader ecosystem to support key verticals and markets.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with Territory Managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities in metropolitan service areas and high-growth sectors.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Technical knowledge of door hardware, electric switching, and fire egress systems
Experience with security product installations and construction sites
Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical installations

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a trade skill within the low-voltage industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn and explain integrated technical solutions
Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays)
Clean driving record and an active passport
High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely results
