Job DescriptionWe are now seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager – VIC to lead our business development efforts across the corporate and MICE segments in Victoria at Minor Hotels.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying new opportunities, nurturing key accounts, and driving revenue across Rooms, Catering, and Events. You’ll collaborate with hotel teams and senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations and support our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow corporate and MICE businessIdentify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationshipsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline and key account relationshipsNegotiate and manage contracts, including RFPs and long-stay agreementsRepresent Minor Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client meetingsLead contract negotiations, manage RFPs, and secure long-stay and group bookingsCollaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfactionMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategyReport on performance, pipeline, and key account activity to senior stakeholdersQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications:
