???? About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales operations across Karnataka. This role involves managing key trade and corporate accounts, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across a diverse surgical product portfolio.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Sales & Business Growth

Manage and expand trade and corporate accounts across the region Drive sales of Sutures, Staplers, Energy, and Hernia product lines Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets

???? Key Account Management

Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams Strengthen partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders

???? Market Intelligence & Strategy

Conduct competitor analysis, pricing reviews, and market trend assessments Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies

???? Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and regulatory teams Align sales strategies with overall business objectives

???? Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of managers and frontline sales executives Drive performance, engagement, and capability development

???? Planning & Forecasting

Manage regional budgets and deliver accurate sales forecasts Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets ???? Qualifications & Experience 10–12 years of experience in Medical Devices (Surgical Consumables) Strong exposure to the Karnataka market Minimum 2 years of people management experience Proven success in trade & corporate healthcare sales Experience with Sutures, Staplers, Energy & Hernia products (preferred) Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus ????
