Regional Sales Manager (OTC) - BKK
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** + Contribute to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by servicing a defined customer base + Manage Sales team to generate new business and grow existing business throughout the region + Develop and optimizes the breadth and availability of product SKUs throughout the region **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive regional results through the creation and execution of territory plans by channel and customer type + Manage salesman to ensure optimal availability of product SKUs and service levels + Influence salesman to increase investment in working capital + Hold salesman accountable to sales , service, infrastructure, and financial terms of the contract + Provide win-win solutions through customer negotiations + Provide real-time development feedback and coaching to sales team in the field + Maintain development plans for sales team members, considering development needs at the individual and team levels + Conduct regular coaching dialogues with sales team to develop a high performing team + Act as a business advisor to customer, helping them maximize ROI while supporting Abbott’s priorities and strategy + Influence customers, increasing brand loyalty to Abbott **QUALIFICATIONS** Education Associates Degree (± 13 years) Experience/Background + Minimum 4 years of experoienced in Sales management - OTC channel + Think, plan, and act strategically in customer and channel management. + Organizational awareness and an ability to work cross-functionally + Team development and coordination + Enabling results through others by empowering and developing people + Strong negotiation skill , change and conflict management An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
