Job DescriptionMinor Hotels are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager – NSW to drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure revenue across our NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, this role plays a critical part in executing group sales strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and long-term account growth.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results across a diverse portfolio of properties.
Key responsibilities
Drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure sales across NSW propertiesGrow existing accounts while actively developing new business Implement group sales strategies to maximise room and events revenueAnalyse market trends, competitor activity, and forward occupancyManage and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face and virtual engagementWork closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue and Commercial teamsRepresent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking forumsEnsure accurate reporting, data integrity and CRM managementQualificationsProven experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within hospitality or tourismDemonstrated success in growing revenue and building strong client portfoliosExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skillsHighly organised with strong time management and planning capabilityComfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider sales teamStrong commercial acumen and passion for delivering exceptional serviceAdditional Information
