Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe
Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe We are looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales within the agent sales channel and to help maximizing revenue opportunities with key partners in selected countries in Eastern Europe.   Key objectives and responsibilities Build strong sustainable relationships with clients; managing each partner effectively to increase sales revenue and identify opportunities to cross/up sell. Build and maintain a prospect list of potential partners to build relationships with Set short and long-term channel and marketing strategies, negotiate with partners, train and develop their sales teams Deal structuring Market analysis Customer service Issue resolution & crisis management  Knowledge, Skills and Experience Commitment to quality and experience in customer service Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Strong analytical skills Strategic orientation Leadership skills Results driven 2+ years of sales experience Extremely sales-minded, energetic and positive Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed  Requirements International travel required Fluent in English, Russian would be a plus Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
