Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team you will manage your time to drive team performance in a busy production environment. Ensuring production targets are achieved with minimal plant downtime, whilst striving for improvements, both as a team and personally.

Shape the Future

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships and working with high-performing sales team in Central Europe (DACH + Benelux). This position focuses on generating, managing, and closing an opportunity pipeline for Druck’s industrial test and calibration equipment, software, solutions, and services with selected industrial verticals. 

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Opportunity Generation: Develop, manage, and close a robust opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM, ensuring alignment with revenue targets. Team Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales, product management, product engineering, and marketing, to ensure VOC and customer needs are met with tailored solutions. Channel Collaboration: Partner with external channel partners to drive opportunities and maintain strong alignment on customer strategies. Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and close a robust order opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM (Deal Machine), ensuring consistent revenue growth. Account Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales processes, increasing market penetration, and driving account mindshare. Solution Delivery: Provide innovative, strategic solutions that address the needs of key industry players, showcasing Druck’s value proposition. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and scalable loyalty. Market Engagement: Leverage industry knowledge and business strategy to align Druck’s offerings with customer needs and identify emerging trends to drive future opportunities.

Demonstrate expertise in Sales with a technical background Demonstrate a thorough and analytical approach to proactively identifying and solving complex problemsDemonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and easy to understand mannerHave the ability to execute and drive results in a global matrix organisationBe able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyBe able to travel in Central Europe (DACH + Benelux) to customer sites (up to 75% travel required)Be fluent in English and also be able to converse at business level in German
