Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development activities within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and order closures.
• Achieve regional sales targets while ensuring long-term customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related disciplines); MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years of proven experience in Industrial B2B Sales and Business Development.
• Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and engineered industrial solutions.
• Established network within target industries and key industrial accounts.
• Proven track record of revenue generation, business development, and order acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, Consultants, EPC Contractors, Procurement Teams, and Technical Stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
