Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and large accounts Develop account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships3. Channel & Distribution Management
Develop and manage distributor networks across assigned regions Evaluate distributor performance and implement improvement plans Expand channel reach through onboarding new partners Ensure effective inventory planning and product availability Align distributor strategies with company sales objectives4. Commercial Negotiation & Pricing
Lead contract negotiations with key clients and distributors Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions Manage margins while ensuring business profitability Structure commercial agreements and long-term contracts Handle complex negotiations with corporate and industrial clients5. Market Intelligence & Business Development
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities Track industry developments within the lubricants sector Support new product introductions and market penetration strategies Build relationships with key industry stakeholders Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiativesRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales within the lubricants, and oil & gas sectors Proven track record in managing regional sales and achieving revenue targets Strong exposure to industrial and automotive lubricants segments
