This role is responsible for leading all aspects of imaging sales, marketing, and business development, with a primary focus on the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. The individual will conduct market research, develop sales and marketing strategies from the ground up, and cultivate referral volume from physicians. In addition, the position involves collaborating with executive leadership on growth opportunities, identifying new products and services to drive revenue, and building strategic relationships within local health systems. The role also includes designing and implementing cross-functional standard operating procedures and performing other duties as assigned.
A caregiver in this role works remotely in Las Vegas, NV, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
This position requires less than 10% travel, which may include occasional trips to Cleveland, OH, or attendance at conferences.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Lead all aspects of imaging sales, marketing and business development for the Region. Initiate and perform market research stratifying the data to determine how to successfully penetrate the newly created independent region for imaging. From scratch, create and develop the sales, marketing and business development strategies, competitive analysis, talking points, responses to FAQs and overall market positioning for imaging. Be responsible for cultivating, converting and driving referral volume from any and all physicians in the region to CC through various market approaches including direct, indirect and channel management. Determine where and how CC Imaging should grow additional services and locations across the Region and potentially beyond. Identify and develop imaging opportunities for new products and services not currently in the portfolio which will drive new, inorganic revenue for the Region and Imaging. Drive strategic relationships with local health system executives, determine the appropriate professional associations to join, conferences to attend, etc. and positions Cleveland Clinic effectively within these respective consortiums. Design and implement cross-functional standard operating procedures for sales, operations, IT, and management including building required monthly management reports, meeting process/cadence and communication.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Healthcare Administration or equivalentIn-depth knowledge of marketing, sales and business development tactics and strategiesProficient in English language requiredMinimum of seven (7) years of experience in sales and marketing in healthcare or services organizationPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Working in both a large-enterprise services organization and in a "start-up" or "product-launch" company/environmentPrevious experience calling on physicians offices in this geography
Previous Pharmaceutical experience
Physical Requirements:
