Overall Sales Management of the multiple locations and multiple sales managers, and will have the ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. The Regional Sales Manager will manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, sales management, direct sales needs, people management and partnership with the local Services team in order to best represent the Neptune Society locally.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Each location is expected to generate a volume of sales consistent with the opportunity and financial commitment for that location. Each office will be assigned monthly sales targets, quotas, and a conversion rate requirement.

+ Regional Sales Manager should support and guide office sales activities in order to reach monthly sales objectives. This support includes but is not limited to calling leads, setting appointments, and contributing to sales targets for the benefit of the office when necessary to reach monthly goals. The objective is to get 100% of the offices in your AOR to goal each month.
+ Regional Sales Manager is expected to continually locate and coach Sales Managers and Pre Arrangement Advisors (PAA’s) in order to meet office sales goals. Regional Sales Manager is expected to monitor and manage sales performance, leads, conversion ratios and compliance with Company policies of all Sales Employees (GOLD and SILVER) Manager must follow correct IT and HR hiring processes.
+ Regional Sales Manager is expected to travel and coach Sales Managers throughout assigned territory.
+ At least one sales manager must have a performance review each month and the form returned by the last day. Regional Sales Manager is expected to learn and deliver all location reporting requirements and operational functions.
+ Regional Sales Manager must comply with submitting daily reports on how many contracts have been sold by the location _._
+ Regional Sales Manager must submit weekly Regional Reports to Senior VP of Sales and participate in one-on-one conference calls each week.
+ Regional Sales Manager is expected to conduct sales meetings and conference calls with sales managers on a regular and consistent basis.
+ Regional Sales Manager is expected to ensure that floor time during the week is always covered in the locations.
+ Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for personal sales in his/her market as needed.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as needed it.
