Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
•    负责团队销售目标定位,增长点的设定及执行,通过市场调研、参加展会、协会合作、客户分析,商务谈判等手段,挖掘潜在客户需求,寻找行业业务发展机会,制定行业拓展策略,协助团队达成业务增长指标;
•    负责团队内部与各个平行部门之间的合作支持及协调工作;
- Responsible for Team’s sales target positioning, growth point setting and implementation, through market research, participation in exhibitions, association cooperation, customer analysis, business negotiation and other ways, to explore potential customer needs, seek for industry business development opportunities, formulate industry expansion strategy, to assist the team to achieve business growth targets.
- Responsible for the cooperation support and coordination within team and various parallel departments.
Key Responsibilities

•    市场分析:分析市场信息,了解公司产品和服务优劣势及客户需要的变化和趋势。为公司策略提供有价值建议;
•    制定销售策略: 根据NGC客户特征,负责年度集采投标,并实施集采协议,确保销售目标的实现;
•    新产品新应用:收集客户工艺和市场的趋势,提出新产品新应用的机会;
•    团队管理: 负责NGC团队组建与人才培养,目标设定、团队日常管理包含绩效评估、销售活动监督等。领导和激励团队成员充分发挥潜力提升团队效能及凝聚力以达成团队业绩目标。参与VES 培训,并可以运用VES的工具,管理和改善工作中面临的挑战;
•    跨部门协作: 与技术团队和产品团队紧密合作,配合及完成特定的市场调研,产品设计和推广;
•    客户管理: 维护和拓展客户关系,确保客户满意度和忠诚度,及时解决客户问题;
•    经销商管理: 经销商定期业务回顾,制定经销商业务目标。跟进业务机会完成全年销售目标;
•    项目管理: 参与并管理重要项目的投标;
-    Market analysis: Analyze market information to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the company's products and services as well as the changes and trends in customer needs. Analyze regional sales data to provide valuable suggestions for the team strategy.
-    Developing Sales Strategies: Be responsible for annual centralized procurement bidding and the implementation of the agreements to achieve sales targets based on NGC customer characteristics.
-    New products and applications: Collect NGC customer water treatment process and market trends, propose opportunities for new products and applications.
-    Team Management: Responsible for building NGC team and talent cultivation, goal setting, and daily team management including performance evaluation and supervision of sales activities. Lead and motivate team members to fully utilize their potential, enhance team efficiency and cohesion, and achieve team performance goals. Participate in VES training and be able to utilize VES tools to manage and improve the challenges faced in work.
-    Cross-function collaboration: Work closely with the technical team and the product team to cooperate and complete specific market research, product design and promotion.
-    Account Management: Maintain and expand customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and resolve customer issues promptly.
-    Channel Management: Regularly review the Channel and formulate their business Target. Follow up on business opportunities to achieve the annual sales target. 
-    Project Management: Participate in and execute the management of large projects.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements 
•    环境科学与技术、化学、自动化等相关专业,大学本科及以上学历;
•    优秀的销售、演讲和谈判技巧,顾问型销售、数据分析能力;
•    有跨区域集团客户销售经验;
•    5年以上水行业或仪器设备行业公司相关工作经验,有相关行业销售工作经验优先;
•    有市政行业自动化控制类产品销售经验的优先;
•    具备优秀的团队管理、团队沟通、协作能力;
•    可以适应经常出差。
- Bachelor degree or above in environmental science and technology, chemistry, automation and other related majors;
- Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills, consultative selling, data analysis skills;
- Possess sales experience with cross-regional group clients.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in water treatment or instrument and equipment industry companies, sales experience in related industries is preferred;
- Sales experience in automation and control products for the municipal industry is preferred.
- Excellent in team management, cross team communication and have good teamwork spirit;
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
