Regional Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Deliver Annual Sales Target, regional Plans and Strategies
+ Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
+ Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target.
+ Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional technical Support
+ To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
+ To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
+ Monthly/weekly business reports to National Sales Manager/business unit director
+ Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
+ Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM policy and requirement
+ Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM
+ Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM are executed
+ Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Industry Experience: 5 years or more of medical device industry is preferred
+ Job experience:
+ 10 years of sales experience in hospital environment OR, 5 year of medical industry sales experience.
+ Specific job requirement:
+ Frequent travelling to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings.
+ On call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
+ Able to work on weekends during scientific meetings/workshops
