In this role, you’ll lead a team of direct sales professionals across multiple verticals—including residential, small business, and builder partnerships. If you excel at mentoring, motivating teams, and owning results, this is a chance to build something impactful within a high-growth division.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of field sales consultants, supporting performance through ride-alongs, regular coaching, and development. Sales Strategy & Execution: Set territory plans and growth targets. Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and adjust tactics to achieve results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to refine campaigns, launch new offerings, and scale programs. Recruitment & Culture: Hire, train, and retain top-performing reps while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance.Qualifications:
5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in direct sales or territory-based roles
Proven success leading teams and delivering revenue growth in competitive markets
Skilled in coaching, communication, and performance management
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales metrics, and data-driven decision-making
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
Flexibility to travel across the assigned region as needed
