Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in North America, with a focus on sensor technology solutions. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work either remotely or from our Connecticut office. If you're passionate about building relationships and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Design and implement sales strategies that align with regional and company-wide objectives.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and address client needs effectively.
• Monitor and report sales activities using CRM tools, contributing to process improvements.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial technology sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with pressure sensor technology or similar fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
