Regional Sales Manager, Surgical Technologies (Nordics)

Find out more about SafeAir: https://www.safeor.com/products/smokeevacuation + Hear the story of Julie Greenhalgh and the impact of our solutions to healthcare professionals in the operating room: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZeFzYpXots As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales organisation and work closely with customers, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and accelerate adoption of current and future technologies. **Your Responsibilities** + Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team across the Nordic region + Drive a strong performance culture through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability + Own the regional sales strategy and execution, translating business objectives into actionable plans + Deliver against quarterly and annual business targets, contributing to operating income through effective commercial leadership + Manage capital equipment sales cycles alongside recurring revenue and pipeline development, ensuring accurate forecasting + Support and lead key negotiations, contract discussions, and major customer engagements together with your team + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and KOLs across the region + Identify market dynamics, growth opportunities, and emerging trends, taking a proactive and creative approach to new business development + Collaborate closely with internal enabling teams (contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, finance) to ensure a seamless customer experience and order-to-cash process **What We’re Looking For** **Must-haves** + 10+ years of commercial experience within MedTech, healthcare, or a related industry + Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building, coaching, and leading sales teams + Strong background in capital sales and complex sales environments + Demonstrated ability to drive performance across a geographically dispersed region + Strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen and business planning capability + Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language + Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approx. 60%) **Nice-to-haves** + Experience with innovative or disruptive technologies, including market creation + Exposure to sustainability-driven solutions or value-based selling + Experience operating in multi-country or matrix environments **What We Offer** + A senior leadership role within a high-performance, values-driven organisation + Flat hierarchies and strong collaboration across teams and regions + Investment in leadership and career development, with opportunities for both vertical and lateral progression + Competitive total compensation package, including base salary, bonus, pension plan and company car + A culture that recognises performance and rewards impact—locally and globally + The opportunity to work with high-quality products that genuinely improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients + The autonomy to shape your region, develop your people, and own your career path at Stryker Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
