Information about Home (Hemodialysis)

Home as one of Care Enablement’s three therapy verticals, focused on providing patients with flexible dialysis options they can perform at home—including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The mission is to improve patient autonomy, quality of life, and clinical outcomes through innovative products, services, and support.

Role Summary

As  a Regional Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, building trusted client relationships, and representing innovative healthcare solutions. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with meaningful customer engagement, while being part of a global leader committed to improving patient lives.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.Sales Planning – Develop and execute effective sales action plans and schedules.Client Engagement – Conduct sales calls with new and existing clients, presenting products and services with impact.Presentations & Proposals – Deliver compelling presentations, prepare tailored sales proposals, and negotiate contracts.Relationship Management – Ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Sales Monitoring & Reporting – Track sales activities, provide timely reports, and follow up with management.Compliance & Safety – Adhere to company regulations, compliance standards, and health & safety guidelines as directed by the Crisis Management team.Additional Projects – Support other initiatives as assigned by your direct superior.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or related fields.2-4 years’ experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred, with a strong track record of achieving targets.Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility.Own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across territories.
