**Job Description**
**This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week).**
The Regional Sales Enablement Product Owner is a key contributor to the company's sales performances through driving adoption, improvements and data transparency of the B2B Portal and Sales CRM. Acting as a strong partner to the regional sales (leadership) team, the role translates regional requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibiities include:
+ Regional ownership of the B2B Portal & Sales CRM
+ Driving adoption and improvement of sales tools through close alignment with the sales team
+ Acting as the strategic counterpart to local sales management for data, analysis, and digital enablement
+ Providing key input to Global Product Management by collecting regional requirements, prioritizing and ensuring their implementation
+ Promoting and leading AI usage and AI initiatives in the sales area
+ Providing 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of commensurate experience required
+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience with digital sales enablement expertise with hands-on ownership of B2B portals and CRM systems required
+ Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights that improve sales performance
+ Proven stakeholder and change management capability to drive tool adoption across sales teams
+ Experience leading AI initiatives and integrating AI-driven improvements into sales processes
+ Ability to provide advanced (3rd-level) functional support and translate business needs into system requirements
+ Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. SAP C4C, SAP/ERP-integrated CRM) and B2B eCommerce/order-flow systems
+ Familiarity with sales operations workflows, order-to-cash processes, and commercial performance metrics
+ Proficiency with analytics and dashboarding tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
+ Knowledge of automation, digital workflows and data governance
+ Strong ownership mindset with focus on business impact and revenue enablement
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work daily with sales leadership and join customer visits
+ Structured, analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a continuous-improvement mindset
+ Highly adaptable, proactive and comfortable influencing across functions

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
