About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead and support our safety initiatives across field operations in the West Region of PAR located in Aurora, CO. This role is critical in fostering a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and supporting our teams in delivering work safely and efficiently.
The Safety Manager will partner closely with field leadership, project teams, and corporate safety to drive continuous improvement, reduce risk, and promote a proactive safety mindset across all operations

What You'll Do Lead and promote a strong safety culture aligned with PAR Electric’s core valuesEnsure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulationsConduct regular job site visits, audits, and safety inspections across projectsPartner with operations leadership to identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesInvestigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; develop corrective action plansFacilitate safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talksSupport onboarding and ongoing safety training for field employeesMonitor and report on safety performance metrics, trends, and KPIsCollaborate with project teams to ensure safety planning is integrated into all phases of workMaintain accurate documentation and support internal/external auditsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of safety experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or field-based environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standardsProven ability to influence and engage field teams and leadershipExperience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysisExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with travel to job sitesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systemsCertifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or equivalent preferred What You'll Get

Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer
