Your main mission will be: Direct the revenue management function for all hotels participating in the area/cluster revenue management model. Execute strategies to maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies. Out-perform direct competitors by winning market shares with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management hotel inventory to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits. Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies. Responsibilities
· Oversee and guide the area revenue
· Management team to formulate transient and group inventory restrictions and pricing
· Strategies towards the goal of increasing market share and maximizing revenues for the hotels in the area.
· Ensure each hotel’s sales strategy and pricing recommendations are implemented across all channels, Hyatt key revenue systems and market segments.
· Analyze and communicate results of strategies and tactics deployed on a monthly basis to regional teams, hotels teams and ownership groups
· Ensure that each member of his team is deploying Hyatt corporate revenue management strategies, and following the standards
· Oversee the revenue forecasting process for each of the hotels in the group to ensure
· that the accuracy of each forecast falls within Hyatt standards.
· Prepare the Annual
· Budget for each hotel.
· Work with each of the hotels Sales leadership to develop and implement coordinated group pricing and inventory strategies and appropriate booking guidelines
· Develop a coordinated pricing strategy for the areas business travel sales team. Partner with the Sales leadership in each hotel to ensure that each hotels strategy is aligned on an account-by-account basis.
· Facilitate and lead weekly hotel Sales Strategy meetings in accordance with Hyatt
· Revenue Management standards.
· Mentor and develop team members including Director of Revenue Management,
· Assistant Director of Revenue Management, Revenue Manager, and Revenue Analyst
· for future revenue management positions with-in Hyatt. Develop revenue management
· trainees to build the revenue management bench strength
· Develop working relationships with managers in the Group Sales, Catering Sales, and
· Convention Service staff, providing consultation on strategies for booking optimal group and catering business

Minimum of 2 years preferred leading others in a dynamic team environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
