A Regional Recruiting Specialist Team Lead will partner with stakeholders to drive the hourly hiring process. This is a leadership role on the Field Recruiting Team, which supports our hourly recruiting process. This includes creating and posting jobs, holding strategy sessions, finding and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, processing offers and background checks, and assisting Team Members in your region with troubleshooting issues. To be successful in this role will require a leadership background with a strong sense of time management, strong communication skills, team leadership skills and the ability to balance priorities while supporting others.
Primary Responsibilities
Team lead overseeing 3-4 team members in a shared geography.Achieve hiring goals for assigned territory.Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Crafting and sending recruiting emails.Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs.Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.Promote our employer brand online and offline.Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Requirements and SkillsPartner with stakeholders to find and hire hourly talent for openings.Responsible for posting open positions as needed according to Recruiter specifications, including internally through the HR System, WorkDay and to job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).Source candidates proactively through networks, job boards, internal databases, and community organizationsArrange candidate phone screens according to candidate and interviewer availability.Coordinate on-site candidate interviews.Ensure that candidates have seamless, positive on-site experience.Skills
