**Regional Quality Manager** **Automotive Manufacturing | Multi-Site Leadership** **Location:** Columbus, IN (on-site) **Compensation:** $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus **Travel:** Regional (routine, not constant) **The Opportunity** We’re supporting a **global Tier 1 automotive manufacturer** with a significant U.S. footprint and long-standing OEM relationships. This organization supplies **high-volume, safety-critical systems** to major automotive customers and operates multiple plants across North America. They are hiring a **Regional Quality Manager** to take ownership of quality performance across several manufacturing sites. This role is not plant-bound. It is **strategic, visible, and influential** , with direct impact on customer satisfaction, launch execution, and cost of poor quality.
