Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as Regional Qualification Senior Specialist and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organisation. Your job? You will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities

Verify that parameters, op. conditions and acceptance criteria are defined (per SOP)Collect electronically stored data (e.g., from suppliers)Describe project detailsEnsure data integrity and adherence to quality rules are regulationsFulfil template according to equipment type & specific requirementsPrepare data for analysis conducted by qualification expertSchedule formal consolidated review & approval meetings

About you
 

Experience: Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (required for qualification)Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environmentsTechnical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, Power PointEducation: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fieldLanguages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian
