Your job, as **Regional Qualification Manager** within our M&S Services Bogota Hub, will be acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Develop and communicate clear objectives and goals, manage the team, assign and follow up on activities, and align team activities with the overall strategic direction of the regional hub. + Oversee the preparation and issuance of documentation, including protocols and reports, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all report issuance tasks. + Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. + Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify skills gaps, and provide targeted training and development opportunities. + Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to the regional qualification team manager + Ensure all report issuance activities comply with established internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with internal customers (sites) to understand their needs and expectations + Develop and implement processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction _About you_ + **Experience** : Professional experience for at least 4 years in qualifications-validation departments in the pharmaceutical sector, medical devices, and/or biotechnology. Experience in the complete processes of regulatory inspections and leading teams of professionals in technical areas. + **Soft and technical skills** : Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments, accountable, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams flexibly and proactively, proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills, strong analytical skills.
