WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A REGIONAL MANAGER Direct, challenge, and motivate Community Managers to run high-performing properties Ensure annual property budgets are set appropriately by Community Managers; provide guidance and support as needed. Develop and execute SMART action plans to improve portfolio revenue and minimize controllable expenses; ensure portfolio performs at or exceeding annual budget. Hire, train, develop, and manage direct reports to maximize performance. Create an engaging, inclusive, diverse growth and learning culture throughout portfolio. Ensure talent management best practices throughout portfolio, with focus on internal growth and strengthening talent bench. Lead consistent communication throughout portfolio to align business goals. Ensure portfolio meets RMC’s property maintenance expectations; propose capital improvements as needed to maximize asset value. Partner with property support teams (e.g., Compliance, HR, Facilities) to address concerns and for assistance as needed to advance the portfolio.
