What this job involves:

As a Transportation Services Manager at JLL, you'll coordinate and supervise all aspects of employee transportation services, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This critical role requires you to manage third-party service vendors, lead transportation teams, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while developing sustainable service strategies. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and the facilities team for all transportation-related matters, driving service quality and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on employee experience through efficient transportation solutions while contributing to JLL's commitment to exceptional service delivery and sustainable practices.

What your day-to-day will look like:Serve as the single point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and facilities teams on all transportation service matters, managing vendor performance to meet contractual goals and KPIsCoordinate transportation programs to maximize service efficiency, optimize lead times, and drive cost efficiencies through regular analysis of service metricsDevelop and implement ongoing audit processes to inspect vendors' premises and vehicles, tracking corrective actions to ensure compliance with client and government standardsManage parking lots and spots guidelines working with clients and property owners to ensure efficient space utilization that meets client expectationsProcess service requests through ticketing systems according to established SLAs and manage third-party personnel onboarding and offboardingLead the multi-player transportation team with responsiveness and creativity to deliver high-quality service while nurturing a proactive environment with strong teamworkReview customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement and increase satisfaction through responsive support initiatives

Required Qualifications:Degree in transportation logistics, industrial/process engineering, business administration, or related field3-5+ years of experience managing employee transportation services in corporate office environmentsStrong skills in process analysis, workflow design, quality assurance, and data analysisExcellent leadership abilities with demonstrated experience managing third-party vendorsHigh customer service orientation with ability to provide practical and innovative service solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills across different audience levelsFluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Excel, Macros, and Power BI for enhanced data analysis and reportingExperience implementing transportation technologies and optimization systemsPortuguese language skills to support broader regional communicationStrong analytical and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence others to adopt best practicesExperience managing transportation services with sustainability considerationsBackground in developing innovative transportation solutions in corporate settings
