We are seeking a Regional Program Manager - Tooling and Automation to join our team to  perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As a group, CO+I is focused on the personal and professional development of all employees and offers trainings and opportunities including Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion trainings and events, and professional certifications.

As a Regional Program Manager - Tooling and Automation, you will focus on IT Break/Fix operations and provide leadership and direction in establishing program roadmaps, staffing efficiencies, process & tooling improvements, and governance for DC Operations strategy that will support our current and future growth. In this role you will work collaboratively with all CO+I stakeholders to support Availability and Growth for the organization driving excellence in service through industry best practices.
