Contribute to expanding the product's market presence by developing a comprehensive product line-up operation plan.
Enhance sales performance and minimize losses by effectively managing the product lifecycle and crafting pricing strategies to achieve target sales goals.

Role and Responsibilities

Line-up management: Oversee the development and management of the product portfolio plan, along with efforts to improve efficiency and address market challenges.Launch management: Coordinate the product/service launch timeline by analyzing the target quantity and profitability of the new model, and collaborating closely with the marketing team.Pricing strategy: Develop pricing strategies for each segment and model, ensuring alignment with business goals.Discontinuation management: Implement plans to minimize leftover materials when a product is discontinued, setting an appropriate timeline and strategies for utilizing excess materials.

Has extensive experience in applying professional concepts and company objectives to creatively and effectively solve complex problems.Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires a thorough evaluation of variables. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinates the tasks of others.May manage a team, such as coordinating activities related to costs, methods, and staffing.

Requirements:

8 years of professional experience as a Product Manager specializing in mobile devices, with expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management.Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector (mobile devices) or working with retail companies or carriers in product-focused roles (mobile devices).Regional expertise in managing products across diverse markets and navigating local market trends.Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (graduated)Advanced English proficiencyWillingness to relocate to Panama City, with support for family relocation included.
