Regional Product Head East

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ To own East Region Flow Products order bookings budget and POR, forecasting.
+ Develop Strong Customer Relations drive early engagement and spec-in activities to maximize wins leveraging all support from National Flow Team.
+ Ensure disciplined CRM usage for pipeline management, forecasting, and managementreporting.
+ Lead the regional Flow Team and leverage regional general sales team and National Flow Team to deliver expected Growth for East Flow Business.
+ Develop and execute competitor displacement and demand creation strategies in the
+ Region collaboration with National Team.
**Who You Are:**
+ You are a results-driven Sales Manager with proven success in leading sales teams and developing business in complex industrial markets. Lead and Motivate Team to Drive the goal. You Know the East Region market and has good connect with key customers in East Region.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechnical, Process etc.
+ 12+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation sales, preferably Flow Meters Sales in EastRegion.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
+ Ability to plan strategically, manage complex pursuits, and drive profitable growth in East Region.
