Regional Procurement Manager

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to lead high-impact, global procurement initiatives. In this role, you will drive end-to-end execution of complex sourcing events, partnering with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver cost savings, insights, and value-added solutions. You will lead cross-functional project teams, own customer-facing deliverables, and facilitate key project milestones while balancing creativity, consistency, and results. In this role, you will also advance procurement methodologies, support strategic planning, and help shape the future roadmap of a global procurement organization.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead global procurement and logistics initiatives, managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationshipsBuild and sustain strategic partnerships focused on cost savings, value creation, and innovative service offeringsOwn customer and carrier transitions, including coordination with transportation management system providersDeliver benchmarking, KPI analysis, and executive-level business reviews for customers and carriersDirect cross-functional, global project teams, securing resources, alignment, and stakeholder commitmentDevelop statements of work, drive customer sign-off, and secure repeat business opportunitiesFacilitate project targets, manage scope, risks, and issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryAdvance procurement methodologies, tools, infrastructure, and presentation standardsPartner with sales, account management, and product teams to support growth and new service development

Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 6 years of previous procurement experience

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityAdvanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programsPrevious project management experience leading global projectsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate global audienceLead cross‑functional teams without formal authority, effectively influencing and partnering to drive resultsAbility to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior leadersStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills with proven business acumen

Compensation Range

$72,900.00 - $153,700.00

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
