Global Tools is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job DescriptionSupport the Product Portfolio: actively contribute to the business success of Global Tools product portfolio in the region Europe and Asia-Pacific Industrialized Markets including providing comprehensive market and competitor analysis using the available data sources and systemsDrive Efficiency: Streamline product-related tasks and improve cross-functional communication.Bridge Global & Regional Strategy: assist the global product management and regional portfolio teams in successful execution of product launches and go-to-market strategies.Work closely with sales teams to enhance the customer journey and provide hands-on support for key sales events.Collaborate with regional marketing, including sharing the product knowledge necessary to implement brand campaigns and impactful product communications.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge:

Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldUnderstanding of product portfolios and product-related processesStrong analytical skills to support data-informed decision-makingExperience working in intercultural environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)

Personality & Skills:

Strong communicator—both internally and externallyCollaborative team playerDetail-oriented with a conscientious approach to work
