WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Regional People Identity Partner, you are a visionary leader who takes ownership of all people relations matters in the region. You are responsible for the strategic direction, decision-making, and process optimization for your Region. You will lead the implementation and execution of the H&M Group Colleague Strategy, ensuring that local laws, practices, and needs are captured and catered to.
You will:
•Lead the People Relations team, providing support, guidance and leadership to Local Specialists.
•Set, implement, and govern the Region/Market People Relations strategy, coaching leaders in strategic and operational questions.
•Be responsible for labor law and industrial relations, building and managing proactive relations with local work councils and unions.
•Manage individual cases, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions locally.
•Responsible for work environment, drive Inclusion & Diversity and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the regional management team to build and strengthen our culture.
•Act as a strategic and operational support for various stakeholders, including the management team.
•Implement and adapt global policies, guidelines, and frameworks to the local context, collaborating with the Group CoE People Relations.
•Ensure cross-functional collaboration on-site and remotely, providing People Relations expertise for change and strategic initiatives.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Regional Management team, Regional People Life Cycle Specialists and your local People Relations team specialists. This role reports to the Regional Head of HR.

•A formal education or experience in Human resource or Labor Law.
•Strong advisory, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Experience and knowledge of labor law, industrial and labor relations, including legal advice.

This role is preferably based in Singapore, but open to other countries within the region East Asia based on business and talent needs.
