Job Description: **Job Overview** Develops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards. **Job Requirements** **Main Duties:** + Lead the plants’ logistic teams in the region and set functional goals for the different sites + Promote a Zero Incident Culture in the logistic team, setting the safety of our employees as highest priority in all our plants + Ensure the correct deployment of logistic policies and standards of ICT + Create and animate a logistic network through the different plants, looking for best practices to deploy through all sites + Participate in the definition of the organization and staffing of the plants’ logistic departments + Monitor and support the professional development of the logistic team + Monitor logistic performance of the plants, and define jointly with them the adequate action plans to improve it + Support plants managers to define and execute their plant priority actions + Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector + Support plants implementing available tools.
