Regional Partner Account Manager
As a **Regional Partner Account Manager** you will lead and grow Philips’ distributor relationships across Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Albania. You’ll be the strategic driver of distributor performance, shaping the mid‑term vision and turning that strategy into a practical roadmap that creates measurable commercial advantage. **You are responsible for** + Drive regional sales to maximize OIT and revenue while gaining and maintaining market intelligence to achieve market‑share ambitions. + Own price realization, margin management and product‑mix decisions to optimize profitability. + Develop clear, achievable country strategies and tactical plans based on segmentation and customer needs; ensure uncompromised implementation of Philips business processes, quality standards and conduct. + Ensure professional Strategic and Key Account Management; support distributor evaluation, development, capability building and performance management (monthly funnel reviews and quarterly dialogues). + Build and optimize the right organization for speed and cost efficiency; lead, coach and motivate a diverse team; co‑drive data quality (SFDC, SAM) with Sales Excellence. **You're the right fit if:** + You hold a Master’s degree and have **5+ years’s** experience in **sales, distributor or channel management.** + You have a **strong commercial mind‑set** , **strategic thinking** skills and a **deep understanding of healthcare** in the territory. + You can motivate and influence others, **build trusted relationships** , and have proven people and matrix‑management experience. + You have **excellent communication** and interpersonal skills and are fluent in **English** and **Slovak** languages + You’re **willing to travel** across countries as needed to meet business requirements. **How we work together** Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
