Key Responsibilities
ERP Transformation Project Coordination Project Lead: Act as primary liaison between local business and IT project teams for SAP migration. Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment among business users, technical teams, and other supporting functions. Project Governance: Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget. Mitigate risks to ensure zero disruption to critical business operations (e.g., month-end closing, quarterly reporting) during transition. Process transformation: Drive adaptation of local processes to global SAP standards. Develop and execute change management strategies. Quality Assurance: Support system testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure solution meets business requirements. Multi-site IT service Management Team Management: lead and develop distributed local IT support teams across offices. Set performance goals and foster growth. Service Excellence: Implement ITIL best practices (incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) to optimize service performance and user satisfaction. User Enablement: Ensure seamless adoption of IT tools. Deliver training and knowledge transfer. Communicate global IT initiatives effectively. Digital Advocacy: Identify automation / digitalization opportunities to enhance workplace productivity. Global-Local Alignment: Collaborate with corporate IT service lines to implement global standards and projects locally. Education Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, information systems, business administration or related fields. 8-10 years of IT/related experience Required Experience Project Coordination: Proven experience in large-scale IT/ERP implementations (risk management, resource coordination, cross-team leadership). Business Acumen: Understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, procurement or commercial). Communication: Exceptional English verbal / written communication skills. Abilit to bridge technical and business audiences. IT Service Management: Hands-on experience with ITIL framework. Leadership: Experience managing distributed teams (coaching, performance management). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and risk mitigation abilities. Experiences/Education - Desired
Technical / Software Skills:
ERP fundamentals (SAP or PeopleSoft experience highly preferred) Proficiency in project tools (JIRA, MS Project), service platforms (ServiceNow), and Office 365. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
Preferred skills:
SAP S/4 HANA migration / implementation exposure. PMP, ITIL certification, or equivalent. Multi-country/global team collaboration experience. Data analysis and process optimization skills. Change management methodology application.
