We’re hiring a Regional Operator Training Manager at our rental facility in Mountain West Region, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.This position is responsible for developing, launching, and scaling EquipmentShare’s Operator Training & Certification Program in the Mountain West Region. This role will drive revenue growth, ensure high-quality training delivery, and expand offerings to meet customer demand.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement an operator training business plan, achieving a minimum of 1,000 trainees in year one.Conduct and oversee MEWP and telehandler/forklift training sessions, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards.
+ Work with EquipmentShare sales teams to promote training services and drive customer enrollment.
+ Build partnerships with industry organizations, trade schools, and regulatory bodies.
+ Manage on-site training programs at customer locations, optimizing scheduling and logistics.
+ Track key performance metrics, including revenue, customer feedback, and conversion rates.
+ Expand training offerings to include additional certifications based on market demand.
+ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in operator training, safety compliance, or construction equipment operations.
+ Certified MEWP and telehandler/forklift trainer (or ability to obtain certification).
+ Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
+ Ability to manage training logistics, customer engagement, and program expansion.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Experience working with OSHA, ANSI, and industry certification requirements.
