GENERAL SUMMARY: The Regional Operations Managers, is responsible for regional operational compliance, charter renewals, the design and execution of professional development for site-based operations teammates (Business Managers and Office Assistants) and building a community of practice among Business Managers, coaching for Business Managers, regional operations systems diagnosis and improvement, managing and improving the year round student recruitment and enrollment process, ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Charter Renewal Manage charter renewal process by developing and monitoring timelines and project plans Oversee implementation of charter renewal project plans, collaborating with a diversity of stakeholders Contribute to developing content for renewal petition, including pulling and analyzing data, creating data visualizations, writing leader biographies, editing for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence Stay abreast of policy changes and political context for charter renewal in the Los Angeles Partner with Executive Director on strategy development for
