BGIS ITS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager – Western Region to join the team in, OR. and surrounding areas.

Lead a talented team, optimize operations, and deliver innovative solutions for clients in financial institutions, movie theaters, retail stores, and national gas station brands.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build trusted client relationships, anticipate needs, and drive satisfaction by leading quarterly business reviews and supporting contract renewals. Operational Excellence: Oversee facility operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and achieve profitability through process optimization and vendor partnerships. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop Division Managers and mobile service technicians, fostering engagement, safety, and performance to meet service goals. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on innovative projects, implement efficient processes, and meet key performance metrics to exceed client expectations. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 7–10 years of commercial leadership in HVAC or skilled technical fields. Technical Expertise: Proficient in facility operations, account management, and tools like ServiceTitan, ServiceChannel, FastField, RealSuite, ADP, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Leadership & Communication: Exceptional skills in team leadership, client relationship management, influencing, and negotiation. Safety & Compliance: Expert knowledge of health, safety, emergency management, and business continuity planning. Mindset: Detail-oriented, client-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Certifications Required: EPA Universal Certification. Preferred: O6A license (Washington HVAC/refrigeration), CFM, FMP, SFP, DCCA, CSP, or ISO 14001. Work Environment & Physical Demands Based in the Western Region, US, with hybrid work options and travel to client sites (reimbursement provided). Valid driver’s license and personal transportation required. Lift/Carry & Push/Pull: Occasionally (up to 33% of the time, 0–2.5+ hrs/day).
