Job Summary: The Regional Operations Manager role plays a vital part to the day-to-day operations and growth of the overall region. The primary focus will be in leading a large team to provide 100% customer focused service to the area while maintaining a high concentration on safety, growth, and teamwork.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nLeads and further develops the ASM's (Area Service Managers) leadership skills along with their business acumen.\nSupports ASM in their leading of area service tech meetings.\nAddresses customer\/operational issues that can't be resolved at the ASM level.\nPerform annual reviews.\nResponsible for coaching safety with ASM and field partners while sustaining the department's overall safety goals.\nTakes part in all regional accident investigation meetings.\nFosters great relationships with all techs in the region including visiting techs on job sites.\nReview weekly work order profitability reports and address concerns with ASM, techs, or Billing.\nConduct monthly financial reviews with the ASM and discussions of regional growth opportunities.\nAssist in process of hiring and recruiting of service techs for the region.\nIdentifies training needs along with the appropriate LST for their development.\nWork with Sales & Account Managers to support local market growth.\nResponsible for maintaining the overall organization and function of the region.\n\n
Requirements:\n\nProven leadership experience with multiple frontline\/mid-level leaders as direct reports.\nProven track record of management and customer service skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and multi-task when needed.\nWilling to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise including after hours support when ASM is not available.\nProficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills.\n\n
