Job Summary
The Regional Operations and Experience Manager will be responsible for the success of multiple accounts, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.
50% travel is required
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant management experience Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures Displays general business acumen High customer service and quality attitude Human-Centric Hospitality Resource who has experience with AI Technology Hospitality professional with experience in training FOH and BOH teamsAbility to create a hospitality and culture training library and measurement tools Conduct independent, quality-auditing and customer response monitoring Ability to conduct regular innovation forums that ensure our clients and teams are up to date with new thinking, new technology and new ways of working Knowledge of white glove hospitality industry standards Ability to present new business/sales presentations Expert ability to communicate with clients and identify training/operational needs Excellent multi-tasker capable of managing multiple projects at once SME in hospitality resource indexing Empower staff with modern tools and training to reduce stress and improve service quality Exceedingly outgoing personality; charismatic speaker and writer
