Regional OnSite Specialist - Orlando, FL

As a Regional OnSite Specialist you’ll support daily OnSite operations across multiple locations, providing hands-on coverage, training, and mentorship to OnSite Specialists. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for fast-paced environments, you will make a meaningful impact in the operating room and beyond. From supporting minimally invasive procedures to building high-performing teams, this role plays a key part in improving patient outcomes and fostering professional growth.

What You Will Do:

Provide clinical surgical support by managing relevant equipment according to account-specific scopes and functions, ensuring smooth operations during surgical procedures.

Lead on-the-job training and onboarding for OnSite Specialists, educating them on products, processes, and complex situations while coordinating daily operations to ensure staffing and training effectiveness.

Fill anticipated or unplanned staffing gaps as needed, ensuring continuity of operations and flexibility in working hours, shifts, and locations, including potential overnight travel and regional coverage.

Anticipate the needs of OR staff and surgeons during surgeries and provide support to OnSite specialists for effective service.

Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker Endoscopy and related surgical equipment to ensure functionality.

Record and report key metrics daily, providing insights into job functions and identifying areas for improvement.

Record and report daily data metrics related to job functions, providing regular updates on account information to maintain high service levels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital administration, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Identify continuing education opportunities and coordinate in-services, attending customer meetings and supporting continuous improvement projects within OnSite.

Travel overnight and support regional accounts as needed, while adapting to changing shifts and account needs with flexibility to ensure consistent coverage and high-quality service.

What You Need:

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in customer service or technical assistance roles.

Ability to travel overnight and support regional accounts as needed to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrate excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, move up to 20 lbs continuously, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, visual acuity, color vision, and manual dexterity daily.

Adapt to changing shifts and account needs with flexibility.

Obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., HSPA) and meet vendor credentialing requirements for all assigned accounts to ensure professional development and account compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in related field of study

Experience with medical device support or in a clinical environment.

Knowledge of operating room standards and sterile processing practices.

HSPA certification or equivalent sterile processing certification.

Proven track record of leading and coaching team members in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with Stryker Endoscopy equipment or similar medical devices.

Adhere to Stryker’s code of conduct and HIPAA regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, high-quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in work ethic, attitude, and appearance.

Travel Percentage: 80%
